Brief
The Halewood Group, an accountancy firm serving clients across Derbyshire and South Yorkshire, needed a modern website that reflected their professional brand and provided practical tools for managing client relationships - beyond a simple brochure site.
Approach
We designed and developed a clean, professional website for The Halewood Group using WordPress and Bricks Builder, creating a site that reflects both the company's brand and Jack's personal identity as founder. The result is a website that feels distinctive, approachable, and far removed from the generic, overly corporate style often associated with accountancy firms. More than a marketing platform, the website was built to support day-to-day operations and streamline client engagement.
We integrated the site with Halewood's Office 365 environment via Microsoft Graph API, enabling real-time visibility of staff and meeting room availability across branch locations. The system also accounts for holidays and sick leave using team calendar data, so only genuine availability is shown. Clients can book meetings directly with specific staff members via links in email footers, while prospective clients can arrange appointments with the appropriate department based on live availability - whether in person at a branch, by phone, or via Microsoft Teams.
