Mayfair Group Investment

Full website rebuild for a Leeds-based property developer, investor and management group - featuring dynamic property listings, advanced search and filtering, integrated workspace booking with recurring payment processing, and encrypted document storage for AML/KYC compliance.

Brief

MGI Property required a full website rebuild to showcase their portfolio of residential, commercial, and healthcare developments in a clean, professional and scalable format. The platform needed dynamic property management capabilities, advanced search functionality, and integrated booking systems for workspace and virtual office services.

Approach

We designed and built a scalable property and workspace platform for MGI on WordPress using Bricks Builder, with JetEngine powering custom post types across its residential, commercial and healthcare portfolio. A structured content model links developments to individual properties, while a comprehensive backend gives MGI's team full control to add new listings, manage pricing and availability, with custom content types for site details and nearby amenities as the portfolio grows.

To improve discovery, we implemented dynamic filtering with JetSmartFilters, allowing users to search by development, sector, price, availability, location and radius. Results are also plotted on an interactive map, making it easier to explore properties and workspaces geographically.

For MGI's flexible workspace offering, we delivered end-to-end online booking for co-lab workspaces, shared offices and virtual offices, with secure online payments and monthly recurring subscription billing via Stripe.

We also built secure identity and proof-of-address upload plug-in to aid AML/KYC compliance. Documents are encrypted on upload using modern encryption standards, with AES-256-GCM securing the file itself and the file key protected via an RSA-OAEP public/private key pair. For maximum security, the private key is held off-server, helping protect sensitive user documents even in the event of server compromise.

Before development began, we produced three homepage concepts to align the final platform with MGI's brand and commercial goals from the outset.
