Corporate rebrand and website redesign for a UK and India-based legal services outsourcing firm - four UI prototypes presented before development, with a custom WordPress build free from generic templates.
Brief
OSOI, a UK and India-based legal outsourcing firm, needed to elevate their digital presence and refresh their corporate identity to better reflect their professional standing in a competitive legal services market. Their existing brand and website undersold the quality and breadth of their offering.
Approach
We delivered a complete corporate rebrand and website redesign for OSOI, starting with a refined logo and comprehensive brand guidelines before developing four distinct UI concepts. This prototyping process secured full stakeholder buy-in and ensured the final design accurately reflected OSOI's professional positioning before development began.
To support lead generation, we developed a detailed overview of the services OSOI could deliver as an outsourcing partner, alongside a range of working models to show how these services could integrate within prospective clients' organisations. We also created a pricing estimator, enabling prospects to calculate potential savings based on their volumes. In addition, we produced a series of explainer videos to help communicate and promote OSOI's services more effectively.
The website was built using WordPress and Bricks Builder, giving OSOI full creative flexibility without the limitations of a fixed theme or template. Structured content is managed through Pods CPT, while Cloudflare CDN enhances performance and security at the edge. The end result is a polished corporate website that reflects OSOI's position as a specialist legal outsourcing partner.
